I am a Weekday Raw Vegan
Current weight: 139.0lbs!
I hope to get down to 135lbs soon!
that is my next milestone.
This has been my lifestyle for a week now.
It is as follows:
- Weekdays, I eat fruits, raw veggies only.
- Any special occasion during the week, I will eat anything in a social setting that is served (assuming that they dont have raw foods available)
- Weekends, I also eat whatever is socially served.
In short, weekends and special occasions are my off days.
- I am currently 139.0 lbs.
last week when I decided to do this, I weighed in at 145 lbs.
My body is definitely shrinking some fat cells!
My goal weight is somewhere between 100 lbs and 110 lbs.
I dont know when I will reach it, but I know that I will of course.
I will recap the past few days following this lifestyle.
the first day was fairly easy, on the weekend, saturday and sunday my fiance and I visited his parents - I didn't have raw foods because it was the weekend.
Yesterday My Fiance and I went out to celebrate him getting a raise at work, and I didn't have raw.
today I weighed in, and I didn't gain a pound.. I jumped right back into my lifestyle, very smooth transition.
Today I've been had some grapes, and some apples I'm feeling pretty full and don't feel hungry.
I mostly get hungry in the evenings anyways.
